Not necessarily. If the gate is open or you tell us how to get in, we can do the work while you are out. Tell us about locks and dogs when you ask for a quote.
What if my backyard is only reachable through the alley?
That is common in Chicago. We plan the visit around the alley gate, and we will tell you if access affects the price.
Do you also mow the parkway strip?
Yes, if you want it kept to match the lawn. The parkway is the grass between the sidewalk and the curb, and in Chicago it is usually maintained by the property owner.
Can you do just the backyard?
Yes. If the front is looked after and the back is not, we can quote the backyard on its own.
What do I need to do before you come?
